Located off of Crowchild Trail, St. David’s United Church is the perfect location for meetings, conferences, concerts and events. St. David’s can host groups from 5 to 450 people. Our church venue provides affordable meeting facilities for many different sectors including corporate, association, government, and post-secondary and non profit organizations. We have a variety of spaces to rent, and ample free parking for your event.

Notes

  • A Rental Agreement must be completed by all one time users and short term users with the rental fee due the day of the event.
  • Note: The above rates may be altered due to extenuating circumstances with approval of the Property Committee.
  • Monthly rentals will be determined by property committee

 

  • Additional Fees:
    • A Custodial fee of $50-200 may need to be added depending on the timing and nature of the event.
    • A Hostess fee may be required at a rate of $15/hour depending on the time and nature of the event.
    • If use of the sound system is required arrangements should be made through the church office and an additional fee of $50-150 will apply.
    • Live streaming your event may be possible depending on our AV Team schedule. An additional fee of $150 will apply.
