Thank you for supporting the ministries at St. David’s United Church. Please include a note in the memo section of your e transfer advising us where your donation is to be used. Options include: Local Ministry Operations, M & S, Building Improvement, Refugee Fund, Ministry of Families etc. Also indicate a mailing address for purpose of issuing a tax receipt for your donation.
Your financial support is vital as we live out our spirituality and faith, carrying out this community’s ministry. What matters most is that our generosity comes from a place of compassion and loving concern for others – a commitment from the heart.
We are now accepting E-transfers as a method of giving to the church. Send your E-transfer to Chantal at email@example.com.
Support the Holte Family.
In lieu of flowers, the Holte Family has requested that donations in memory of little Clara be made to St. David's United Church. Donations may be made directly through the office or by scrolling down to the bottom of the Give page and clicking onto the canadahelps.org website. Be sure to indicate that your donation is in memory of Clara.
As you consider a donation option that works best for your personal circumstances, some questions may arise:
Will I receive an income tax donation receipt for my donation?
Yes. St David’s United Church is a Canadian Registered Charity. Official Income Tax Receipts will be issued in February of the following calendar year for ALL identified donations. If you would like a receipt for your donation please provide the church office with your name and mailing address.
How can I donate?
An Invitation to Offer Gifts takes place during every worship service, with an offering plate for cash or cheque donations. There is also a locked drop box at the back of the sanctuary for those wishing to leave their donation before or after the service.
Offering envelopes are located in the pews and at the back of the church. Our ushers can assist you, if necessary. Pre-printed envelope sets can also be acquired by contacting the church office.
Pre-Authorized donations can be made through the United Church of Canada’s PAR Program (Pre-Authorized Remittance) where an automatic monthly withdrawal is made from your bank account or credit card. This offers a convenient way to financially support the church year-round. Remittances are made around the 20th day of the month. Click here to download a PAR application form.
